WRE systems by Quality Invents are the simple, safe and reliable products designed for the recovery and conveyance of biological waste from diagnostics analyzers.
Sensors and electronic board manage the internal buffer tank and activate the pumps, with a costant and automated flow.
miniWRE, Sender, Bottler and Transfer configurations allow to adapt WRE to every different receiver tank and to every laboratory needs.
Existing tanks and cisterns can be integrated and used with WRE systems. An electronic free contact is available for sensors in order to manage the tank level.
Components optimization to ensure reduced dimensions and easy installation.
WRE products range can manage all the relaunching and bottling needs for analizers waste disposal.
Double Pump System ensures no-stop service and costant flow for analyzers waste disposal.
The display and the acoustic and visual signals grant to the WRE line the best ease of use.
It is possible to access the setup menu by pressing both T1 and T2 buttons for 3 seconds. The available options are: language, date, on/off buzzer, alarm history, timers (P1 and P2 working hours and HOT ALERT counter), password, number or pumps (1 or 2), pumps off delay (0 to 60 sec), emptying delay (0 to 60 sec), alarm delay (0 to 255 sec).
Technical maintenance must be performed only by Quality Invents authorized personnel.
The carbon filter on the snorkel of the WRE system must be replaced every 6 months. Authorized technicians must replace it and fill in the label on the filter with the replacement date.
The Quality Invents code for the filter replacement is Q-1320-03.
In the first 2 seconds of boot, the display shows the software version. Then, if there are no alarms, TANK 1 and TANK 2 status are shown.
Any active alarm is cyclically shown.
In order to shutdown the acoustic alarm, press T2 button for 3 seconds. If the alarm is still active, the acoustic signal will be restored after 20 minutes.
It is not possible to power off the main optical signal while an alarm is activated.
Tank status:
The arrow on the right of each tank (T1 and T2) indicates which one is ACTIVATED; it blinks when the relative pump is working.
It is possible to change the pumps status by pressing T1 and T2 buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds.

[1] WRE Sender system is normally used with a high capacity tank. Quality Invents produces receiving tanks (from 300 to 2000 liters of capacity) with a management electronic board (My Big Tank versions). With a too high level in the receiving tank, the eletronic board stops the pumps. Third part tanks level sensors can also be connected to a free contact provided by the WRE Sender electronic board.

LEVEL STATUS: 0% (empty tank) 70% – 90% e 100% (full tank)
[1] With the tank level at 100%, a STOP signal is sent to all of the connected WRE Sender stations. The signal is disabled once the level in the tank is lower than 70%.
